Wisconsin Gun Owner Railroaded!

I don’t know if you have heard of David Olofson in Wisconsin who was just yesterday sentenced to 30 months prison time, followed by 2 years probation and community service all because he let a friend use one of his guns at a firing range, and it malfunctioned and let loose with more than one shot.

An appeal is being filed and his attorney is fighting to have his sentence stayed until after the appeal. Unfortunately that could take another 6 - 9 months and the judge on this case denied to stay the sentence.

The Supreme Court is supposed to render its decision on the D.C. gun ban next month. I don’t know what bearing, if any, that will have on this case, but right now, I see both as an attempt to dismantle the 2nd amendment.

IF you care about the Second Amendment and our right to bear arms, we need to start writing letters. This man has done nothing wrong but someone wants to use him as a scapegoat.
